Количество людей, умирающих от сердечно-сосудистых болезней за последние 5 лет не изменилось. Однако теперь с инфарктами в больницы все чаще попадают молодые люди.В структуре смертности от болезней сердечно-сосудистые заболевания по-прежнему занимают 60-63%.

Сейчас у нас лежит в отделении молодой человек 29 лет с крупным инфарктом миокарда. Он поступил к нам с серьезными осложнениями. Кроме него в отделении есть люди 30-ти, 32-х и 38-ми лет. 5 лет назад это был бы уникальный случай. Такое случалось только со спортсменами, которые превысили нагрузку.

СОВЕТЫ НЕМЕДЛЕННО ДЕЙСТВОВАТЬ
Вызывайте скорую помощь или обратиться к ближайшему врачу, если интенсивная боль за грудиной (в центре грудной клетки) продолжается больше 25-30 минут. Она может носить характер сжимающей, давящей, жгучей.

Нужно обращаться к врачу, если боли в сердце малой продолжительности (до 15 минут) стали частыми и возникают в покое.

Косвенные признаки сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний :

чувство нехватки воздуха,
головные боли в затылке, во лбу,
боли и перебои в области сердца,
сильная утомляемость,
одышка и отеки ног.

Плохим сигналом является регулярная неудовлетворенность сном. Больной человек чувствует слабость даже после длительного отдыха в выходной день.

Инфекции
Приобретенные пороки сердца может вызвать даже инфекция, это встречается не часто. Клапаны сердца могут разрушать бактерии. Бактеокарлит возникает из-за хронических инфекций в организме - ангины, ревматизмов. Кроме того у пожилых людей приобретенный порок сердца может случиться в результате атеросклероза - отложения холестерина на стенках артерий.
